On the morning of July 1, the party Committee of the company organized all party members to hold a general meeting to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in the complex building.

      At the congress, in accordance with the Constitution of the Party, the party branch unanimously approved the application for regularisation of Lin Cheng, Xu Xianping, and approved the application for party membership of Liang Haiying and Guo Hongmei. They added new vitality to the Party committee and became the new force of the Party. Afterwards, Jiang Shanhai read out the list of outstanding Communist Party members of the Committee of Rongqi Port Container Terminals Co., LTD of the COMMUNIST Party of China (CPC) in 2017 and praised them.

      Zhang Haitao, secretary of the Party Committee of the company, organized all party members to learn the People's Daily editorial "Always preserve the fighting spirit of Communists -- Warmly celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China", and required all party members to base themselves on the characteristics of the port, be full of energy, work hard and fulfill their duties. In contrast to the requirement of "two studies and one action", we can effectively unify our thoughts and behaviors into "four persistence, three support and two leading the way". In everything, we need to be energetic and persistent, shoulder the glorious mission given to us, and inspire the power of spiritual belief.

      Secretary Zhang stressed that in the face of the current economic situation, every step is a tough one. Party members should unite as one, unite as one, work hard to make Hong Kong prosperous, love their jobs and work hard without expecting anything in return. They should have the courage to face up to problems and have the courage to make self-revolution, so as to have a strong backbone and stand the test.
