On the morning of July 27, 2012, the opening ceremony of shunde Border inspection Station and Rongqi Port Container Terminal "Aimin Gubian Model Terminal" was held in our company's complex building, which marked the further development of the joint construction of Shunde Border inspection Station and our company.

      The unveiling ceremony was simple and ceremonious. More than 200 people attended the ceremony, including Sun Yiming, deputy Chief of staff of Guangdong Frontier Defense Corps, Lai Zining, deputy secretary general of Foshan, Deng Yongqiang, Standing member and Executive Deputy head of Shunde District, Wen Liangmou, member and minister of Shunde District Armed Forces Department, as well as leaders of Shunde Border inspection station and the company, officers and soldiers of Shunde Border inspection Station, the company's militia and employees.

      As early as June 1995, shunde Border Inspection Station and our company, on the basis of strengthening contacts, established a relationship of co-construction between the army and the people, and signed a double-support co-construction agreement involving ideological construction, business construction and system construction. Over the years, we take the promotion of the company and the common development of the army as the goal, the implementation of complementary advantages, mutual assistance and win-win.

      We actively carry out two-way services and accomplish practical things for each other. To the best of its ability, the company has helped the border inspection station to improve its working conditions and settle the families and retired officers and soldiers accompanying the army. The officers and soldiers of the border inspection station give full play to their functions, base on their own duties, strictly enforce the law, and provide a series of services for the convenience and benefit of the people, such as 24-hour service, creating a quality customs clearance environment and promoting the development of the dock.

      We have actively carried out joint military-civilian prevention and control efforts, captured a number of criminal robbers and jointly safeguarded the port area and the surrounding areas of the barracks. The border inspection station also strongly supports the work of the company's militia battalion, instructing the militia to learn the skills of stability maintenance and riot control, and carrying out security drills such as the Olympic Games and Asian Games with the militia battalion for many times. In last year's 4.17 storm, in order to ensure that the company's militia could rush to the disaster area for rescue, the border inspection station dispatched vehicles to support the company's militia in time, which enabled the company's militia to complete the rescue task excellently.

      Now, Shunde Border Inspection Station and our company carry out the work of building the model pier of Gubian, which will expand our joint work more effectively, maintain the harmony and stability of the port, and better serve the social economy.
