In order to further improve the safety awareness and skill operation level of the staff, the general manager office decided to organize the staff of all departments to carry out safety education and training regularly.

       At 9:00 a.m. on November 26, safety education and training was held on the second floor of the complex building. More than 80 people attended the training, including General manager Zhu Gehai, deputy general manager Zhang Liuhai, crane maintenance master Zhou Minglian, electrician leader Hu Weixiang, operation management personnel, cargo tallyman, crane operator, suction racer and dock stevedore.

      Zhu Gehai, the general manager, conducted safety education for the staff and workers with the main contents of "The Importance of Doing a good job in production safety", "The Management System of Production safety" and the case analysis of production safety accidents in the company in recent years. Veteran crane maintenance master Zhou Minglian and electrician group leader Hu Weixiang also summed up the experience on the spot, respectively, to each crane operators, dock stevedore how to safely use electricity and operation, crane daily inspection and precautions to improve education.

      Through the training, the safety consciousness and skill operation level of the staff have been further strengthened, the handling of general safety accidents and emergency measures have a relatively systematic understanding, the training personnel have been a theoretical and practical education to improve.
