On the morning of September 29, 2011, our company was awarded the plaque of "2009-2010 Five-star Harmonious Enterprise of Labor Relations in Shunde District", and the labor relations management work was recognized.

       To further promote the enterprises to build a harmonious labor relations of long-term mechanism, condensing a decent work, care staff social consensus, promote staff and the stability of the social situation, last year, the labor relationship tripartite coordination meetings, shunde district launched to create "shunde district in 2009 ~ 2010 star harmonious labor relations enterprise" activities, organization of district has built the union scale enterprises to participate in the creation, application and selection.

       Over the years, the trade union of our company has given full play to its role as a bridge and bond, actively guided employees to sign labor contracts, and put forward reasonable human resources adjustment plans, so as to make the labor relations of the company more harmonious and stable. The trade union of the company also adheres to the principle of people-oriented, CARES for employees, constantly improves the caring and supporting mechanism, increases the sense of belonging of employees, and fully mobilizes their work enthusiasm and initiative. I. Inspire the staff to play the spirit of solidarity, friendship and mutual help, and set up the staff mutual fund to help the staff in need of assistance together. Over the years, more than 60 staff have been assisted; 2. Directly participate in the supervision and management of the canteen. Each trade union group shall send members to check the price and quality of the food purchased in the canteen every day, supervise the hygienic situation and food quality of the canteen, and ensure the timely supply of drinks to prevent heat and keep cold in the canteen; 3.
