      Lao Wang came to Shunde from Luxian County, Sichuan province in 1997 and joined the maintenance department of the company. At the beginning, he was engaged in automobile maintenance work. In 2000, he was transferred to the suction truck maintenance group, engaged in suction truck and forklift truck maintenance work. In 2001, he was appointed as the leader of the suction truck maintenance group.

      The special loading and unloading equipment of the company is numerous and expensive, among which the suction trucks are imported from abroad. All the attached materials are in foreign languages without any Chinese materials. In the past, the company had to invite professional masters from Hong Kong to come back and repair the suction car. The maintenance cost is high and the time is long. After Lao Wang was transferred to the maintenance team of the suction vehicle, under the encouragement and strong support of the general manager's office and his colleagues in the maintenance department, he studied hard, learned and summarized while doing, accumulated a lot of experience, and had a relatively comprehensive understanding of the working principle and common faults of the equipment. After that, Lao Wang led the maintenance team to carry out a number of technical innovations in order to reduce the failure, extend the service life and greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the suction truck and forklift due to the design defects of some parts of the forklift and suction truck, which resulted in many failures, difficult maintenance and high parts prices.
