      Zhang haitao was born into a military family. His father Zhang Yintang is an old soldier who has been trained in war. However, fate has played a joke with Zhang Haitao. As a soldier's descendant, he was determined to join the army. For various reasons, he passed by the green uniform many times and missed the "National Defense Green", which became his lifelong regret.

      In the early 1970s, after his father took a job in the Military department of Shunde, Zhang haitao graduated from high school and became an educated youth at Shunde's Fengshan Farm. There, he joined the militia for the first time, and began to write about his dream of a gun. In every militia training, he always strictly required himself to be a "soldier". He rushed first, practiced first, and practiced military skills diligently, and soon became a militia with excellent qualities. Up to now, Zhang Haitao has more than 30 years of "military service", is a veritable "old militia".

      In order to comprehensively promote the reform of urban militia work, shunde Armed Forces Department decided to further extend the militia organization to the Sino-foreign joint venture Shunde Container Terminal Co., LTD., while insisting on the combination of community armed forces and enterprise militia construction. So far, his company has a total of more than 500 employees, and the number of military personnel who have returned accounts for 139. The management team is almost entirely composed of military names.

      Why is Zhang Haitao so "doting" on returning soldiers?

      "Since ancient times, military personnel have been very talented," he said. "As long as we boldly tap their potential and give them a platform, returning military personnel will be a huge asset for the development of enterprises." For this, Zhang Haitao and army established "talent interaction mechanism".

      Talent is to reuse, this is Zhang Haitao's "quantity" principle. Retired soldier Yang Zhicheng just entered the company when an ordinary worker, but he with hard-working spirit, down-to-earth work. When Zhang Haitao saw his potential, he was quickly promoted to team manager.
