After holding candles and observing three minutes of silence for the victims, they recited the poem "Life and Death are Inseparable". People looked solemn and the atmosphere was heavy. Department managers described their own comments on the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake one by one. Next, the party members pay "special party dues" and the league members pay "special League dues".       That night, party members paid a total of 227,100 yuan in "special fees", while league members paid 4,201 yuan in "special fees".
