At 10 o 'clock in the morning of September 8, our company ceremoniously held the opening ceremony of "the national advanced unit of socialist spiritual civilization jointly built by the army and the people". On that day, superior leaders, border inspection officers and soldiers, as well as all leaders, militia and employees of our dock gathered together to witness this grand event. The plaque was jointly awarded by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, The Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Office of Civilization of the CPC Central Committee and the General Political Department of the PEOPLE's Liberation Army, which is a major affirmation of our double-support work and the construction of spiritual civilization.
