      At about 10 a.m. on May 22, Shunde Container Terminals Co., Ltd. received a call from The Rongshan police station, asking 5 people including Huang Qinquan and Pan Chunshang to go to the police station to testify against the 4 suspects who had stolen the cable of The Rongqi Bridge in the early morning of that day.

      Originally, 22 in the morning of 4:30 or so, is near the Rongqi bridge duty dock militia Huang Qinquan suddenly heard "MAO" a sound, huang search sound view and flashlight irradiation, see a few black shadow under the bridge sneaking carrying what things.       Sure enough, just before 5 o 'clock, a suspicious man was driving a motorcycle with another man driving under the bridge. When they realized there was nothing suspicious, they greeted two other men to jump over the sand fence to get close to the target, and two others were approaching from the embankment of the seaside park facing the electric cable. The thief's every move was visible to the militiamen who ambushed him. When the suspect tried to lift the cable onto the motorcycle to leave the scene, only to see a white light cut the night sky, Huang Qinquan turned on a flashlight and shouted: "Don't move!" The six suspects fled when they saw uniformed militiamen. Rongshan administrator and the dock militia soldiers divided a few ways to pursue. Militia Wang Xiaozhan bravely in the lead, the criminal suspect Gao mou uniform unarmed.
